Pine is a 2019 AQHA gelding standing 15.1 hands tall, and he has been with us since he was a weanling.
He is the definition of a true ranch horse. He works off of leg and seat cues for advanced riders. Pine has been used to load cattle onto trucks, doctor cattle in the pasture, sort cattle, and he has also been a dependable partner at multiple head and heel brandings as well as heel and drag brandings.
Despite his solid work resume, Pine remains exceptionally gentle. He has been ridden by guests on the ranch and is suitable for advanced beginners, making him a versatile fit for both experienced hands and those still growing their confidence.
On the ground, Pine is just as dependable:
-Loads easily into the trailer
-Stands great for the farrier
-Ground ties to saddle or open a gate in the pasture
