Modern Gun x A Smart Custom (Custom Crome)
Bourbon is a 2022 model gelding sired by Modern Gun and out of a mare by Custom Crome. He stands 14.2 hands, is sound, sensible, and has a great brain.
Bourbon was a late start, which is reflected in his price, but he has been brought along correctly with no shortcuts. He is 100% sound, requires no maintenance, and has been an easy, willing horse every step of the way.
He would be an excellent prospect to continue on as a Reiner, especially for an amateur rider looking for a solid, honest horse to bring along. He also has the talent and mind to cross over into Ranch Riding. He circles pretty, stays soft and correct, and is developing nicely in his maneuvers.
Bourbon is a true quiet, straightforward, and always ready to work. He is easy to ride, willing, and consistent, with plenty of talent to keep progressing. He can remain in my program to continue his development.
