“Bonnie” is a 12 year old Shire mare standing 17.3 who is broke to ride and drive; she spent most of her earlier years working as a team and has more recently transitioned into being a riding horse. She’s a well mannered mare in all respects and is quiet and brave to ride, currently going walk/trot/canter and is good in open spaces and on the road- her trainer even used her to help move cattle! Bonnie is easy to handle despite her size, is good for the vet and farrier, travels well, and adapts to being in a stall or turned out, alone or with others.
