Siren is a catty, gritty, hardworking mare with a sweet, affectionate personality. She is a mare and has a few minor quirks. She runs 2d to TOP (ie: saddle winning average top) 3D at mega shows. She is ratey and does well perform best with an active/engaged jockey. She runs inside and out but really excels outside. Locally, she can run 1D/2D and is a great horse for a HANDY youth. Example: 16.0 times in Moses Lake Indoor, had run a 16.7 outside in CDA. She was mine until my daughter turned 12 and took her over....they clicked right off the bat and have won district 1D and 2D overall season placings in open and youth. My daughter is entering high school and sports are taking up more time so we are downsizing. She has hauled all over the western US- hauls well and stalls well but can be looky in new setups so still does best with a time only in new places. She is great on trails, can be ridden bareback in a halter to warm up at a race etc....but she can be quirky which is why she would fit best with a confident, calm rider. She acts as the husband horse out on trails but....does her best with a confident rider as she absorbs the insecurities of her rider. Racing- she can be hot at the start - again, confident riders will have no problem. She has a scar from a wire injury as a 3 year old, this does not impact her soundness at all. She has minimal maintenance and is an easy keeper. Gets along with everyone, easy on fences etc. I have had her since she was an unbroke 3 year old so I will be very picky about where she goes and will only sell to experienced horse owners. She wears front shoes only. Just had her maintenance done for the season: current on vax, worming, farrier, dental, hock injections. Not yet legged up so selling for less right now as she has had the winter months off. Price will go up as we start racing. LOTS of videos.
