He’s a blast to ride and super broke!
He’s going to make such a cool ranch horse, trail horse or whatever you want to use him for.
Flint is a 5-year-old QH/percheron gelding standing 16 hands that’s going grey!
He has a super level-headed temperament and not much phases him. He has a true puppy-dog personality on the ground. He enjoys attention and is easy to have around. Ties, lunges, Bathes, clips, stands for the farrier, and loads/unloads no problem. Does require shoes otherwise he’s tender footed. He is currently barefoot but planning to put shoes back on him.
Under saddle he is a smooth moving guy with a fantastic stop! He moves off your leg and seat and is picking up neck reining. He Moves out well on trails, goes through water, rides down the road, point him wherever and he will go. He has been roped off of, and has been around cattle. He has had extensive ground work as well. If he has time off he will see if you’re really gonna make him move and needs a confident rider to push him through that.
He has the athleticism and mindset to go in any direction and is currently ridden western. He’d be a wonderful ranch horse or your next trail partner. He has potential to pack the whole family and with consistency he definitely will be that horse.
He has been ridden consistently the last month and a half by a trainer so he is getting more miles as we speak! He’s one you’re not going to want to miss out on!
