Meet this adorable ~4-year-old grade pony standing right around 12.3 hands. He’s just getting started under saddle with approximately 30 days of riding and is already showing a great foundation.

He’s currently walk/trotting nicely and just had his first canter — taking everything in stride with a willing, easy-going attitude. No buck, rear, or funny business. He’s been ridden by an experienced 13-year-old and has proven to be sensible and kind, just still green as expected for his age and training level.

This guy has a fun, playful personality and is a joy to be around. He gets along well with other horses and is not buddy sour. He does lack a bit of forward confidence right now, but that is improving as he gains balance and experience.
