Looking for a kids trail ride or light riding small horse, then meet Penny.
Penny is a 18 year old, registered quarter horse, rad dun, 14h. She is looking for a new home where she can loved on and be spoiled. She does need a light riding home as she does have arthritis in her stifles and is stiff at the canter. Has been ridden by kids in a lesson program. But she is not a complete beginners horse as she does get fast. But is easy to bring back, rider just needs to know how to pull in the rains. Trail ride alone, or in a group, leads and follows. Crosses water and bridges, goes over logs and polos. She does need to have another horse with her in pasture or barn as she is a very attached to other horses. She lost her long-term pasture partner this past spring and had a very hard time dealing with it.
