Smoke is an all around easy going trail horse. 15 hands or more. He has many miles of trails under his belt. He is willing to accomplish any task you give him. Goes were you point him, will lead follow or ride in the middle. Has competed in competitive trail and did excellent in that environment. He is also well versed in arena riding. He prefers a nice steady slow pace. Easy to transition between gaits. He is best suited for an intermediate and above rider due to his many buttons. He has carried many different levels of beginner riders without issue under direct supervision with direction from an experienced horse person. He rides in a hackamore, he has never been trained with a bit. He is liberty trained for groundwork in a round pen. He was started as a three year old and has been a solid go to horse. He is a western horse. Easy to catch, stands for vet and farrier, trailers easy and calm, up to date on coggins and vaccines. He lives on pasture with a mixed herd of five. He is second in command. He is not aggressive in the herd. Currently barefoot, rides in rough terrain with scoot boots. He is a very gentle horse, wants to be in your pocket, loves to be groomed, and he loves a good cuddle.
