Quiet, Thoughtful Start with a Kind Disposition
Midnight is a Friesian cross who stands out for her exceptionally quiet and steady nature, especially for a horse of her age. She approaches her work and surroundings with a calm, unbothered mindset, and we have yet to see her show any inclination to spook. Her temperament makes her a pleasure to be around and gives her a strong foundation for long-term development.
Under saddle, Midnight is soft in the bridle with light, easy-to-sit gaits that make her comfortable and straightforward to ride. She is currently being brought along with a focus on age-appropriate, correct training — allowing her to develop strength and balance in a long, relaxed frame rather than asking for collection before she is ready. At this stage, she is naturally more on the quiet side, and we expect her energy and expression to continue to develop as she builds muscle and confidence.
She has had extensive groundwork and is polite, respectful, and well-mannered on the ground. She is also very people-oriented, with a sweet, affectionate personality — she genuinely enjoys attention, snuggles, and interaction with her handlers.
Midnight is a lovely young prospect for someone who values a quiet mind, correct development, and a kind, willing partner to bring along thoughtfully.
