Meet Apache – a handsome pre-registered Missouri Fox Trotter gelding who is as easy on the eyes as he is easy to ride. With his striking good looks and friendly personality, he quickly becomes a barn favorite and a true partner for the whole family.
Gentle, People-Loving, and Kid-Safe
Apache is gentle, quiet, and always looking for attention. He’s great around kids, has excellent ground manners, and is friendly with everyone he meets. He keeps well whether stalled or turned out with others in the pasture, and gets along nicely with other horses when ridden together.
Well-Handled and Easy to Work With
• Stands quietly for the farrier
• Loads in the trailer with just a point
• Comes right to the mounting block
• Opens and closes gates with ease
He has been ridden by riders of all levels and is a pleasure on the ground and under saddle.
Brave, Smooth, and Versatile on the Trail
Apache is brave on trails by himself, doesn’t mind traffic, and stays calm in new environments. He offers a smooth gait that’s comfortable for all-day riding, rides beautifully on a loose rein, and is not forward, making him relaxing and enjoyable whether you’re leading, following, or riding solo.
He’s handy too, with fancy maneuvers including excellent backing, side passing, and spinning.
A Reliable All-Around Partner
Seasoned yet still in his prime at 8 years old, Apache is ready for immediate enjoyment with years of good riding ahead. His quiet, willing nature and smooth way of going make him an ideal choice for trail riding, family fun, or just everyday enjoyment.
