With his striking looks, flowing movement, and gentle disposition, he turns heads everywhere he goes.

Cooper is incredibly versatile and talented, with the potential to excel in virtually any English or Western discipline. He has already shown promise for dressage, eventing, fox hunting, and hunter classes, and has even been lightly schooled over small jumps where he demonstrated natural ability and willingness. His movement is balanced and expressive with smooth, easy transitions that make him a pleasure to ride.

He rides confidently both inside the arena and out on the trails, remaining quiet, brave, and relaxed in new environments. He has been hauled off property and recently attended his very first horse show where he won both the Hunt Seat Walk/Trot and Hunter Under Saddle classes — taking everything in stride like a seasoned horse.

In addition to riding English and Western, Cooper is broke to drive both single and double. He stands quietly for baths and grooming, absolutely loves attention, and has great ground manners. He loads and unloads easily in any style of trailer, ties calmly in cross ties, to a hitching rail, or at the trailer, and is a true gentleman to handle in every way. He is also easy to catch and enjoys being around people.

Cooper is an easy keeper with no maintenance required. He is happy living comfortably in a stall or turned out in pasture life. He does not require daily riding to stay sane or safe — he’s the kind of horse you can pull out on the weekend for a relaxing ride without needing hours of lunging beforehand.

One of Cooper’s most unique features is a marking on his right hip consisting of a scar surrounded by white hair. Multiple veterinarians have evaluated it and agree it is purely cosmetic and does not affect his movement or soundness in any way. In fact, it only adds to his unique and striking appearance, making him even more memorable.
