He's great on the trail: steep climbs, long miles, bridges, water crossings, desert brush, paved roads and navigating downfall are all part of a normal day. Smooth ground covering walk and jog with the grit and stamina to go all day and come back asking for more.
Rides out alone, does best anywhere in a group where he is happy to lead, follow or ride in the middle. Clean legs and sound with great feet and easy to shoe. Best suited for an intermediate to experienced rider who enjoys an engaged, forward-thinking horse.
