Meet Major! He is ready to finish your way!
Major is Texas raised and was trained western, but for the last 9 months has been learning the basics of dressage and eventing here at BTO Training.
With his history in trail riding over mountainous terrain in Texas, the cross country is an easy cross over. He was originally purchased to be a trail mount and his owner sadly just does not have time for him. He’s been a great addition to the lesson program for intermediate+ riders.
Major has attended a few local derbies and jumper shows with students and has always provided a relaxing ride. He has ZERO spook. He is mentally as solid as they come! He is currently schooling 2’3-2’6 and goes all three in a D ring lozenge snaffle.
He is NOT super cuddly on the ground, but I think with time and finding HIS person he will come around. He is healthy, sound, with no maintenance and 2 front shoes.
