~ His sire, For Romance I is the epitome of a model sire stemming from a very successful Voltaire dam line. Blessed with three excellent gaits, his canter and trot are exceptional, and his character is also remarkable. For Romance I won his 30-day test in Schlieckau and he received a 9.25 for his trot and ridability, a 9.0 for his canter, and an 8.88 for character.
~ His dam, currently showing Second Level with her amateur owner and scoring 70s, is from some impressive dressage bloodlines. His GrandDam successfully competed through FEI level. Vitalis was First Reserve Champion of the main NRW licensing in 2009 and in 2012 at US Championships dominated the six year olds with record marks of 10.0 for trot and 9.8 for canter.
