Naatje P. aka “Naatje” is a 14 year old beautiful purebred Friesian mare. Naatje has an absolute winning personality and is one of the sweetest mares you will ever work with! She comes to greet you in the pasture and would love to just hang out with you all day if she could! She loves to be groomed and stands perfectly in a stall, for the vet, farrier, bathing, tacking, mounting, etc. Naatje was started as a 4 year old and then ridden for about a year with Mindy Price in classical dressage training. Since then due to no fault of her own she has been sitting as her owner has struggled with health concerns. Since September of 2025 Naatje has been put back into part time training and has been doing well! She is looking for a new forever home! Naatje shows 3 exceptional smooth gaits with lots of expression. She is still gaining her confidence in her canter but is progressing well! She is learning basic lateral movements, leg yield and shoulder in, and is light in the bridle. She is very responsive and light to aids and is eager to learn. She has been ridden both indoors and outdoors. Naatje has been bred before but unfortunately lost her foal around 9 months and was unable to be bred back at no fault to her own and had a clean repro exam afterwards and could definitely be used as a nice broodmare! Naatje has had no other major health concerns and is UTD on vaccines, worming, floating, farrier, and recently was microchipped.
