Talented & Athletic Dressage Mare
Looking for your next competitive partner or simply a super fun ride? Beautiful 15-year-old morgan-x mare (my best guess at breed), 15.2h, Charlotte is a lovely blend of athleticism and a willing work ethic. She likes ring work! She attended her first dressage schooling show of the season in May and scored 72% at First Level, Test 2.
Great at shows, self-loads, barefoot (mustang like feet), sound, can live outside, very easy keeper, one owner her whole life. She had a low level work life from ages 1-13 as a walk/trot trail horse for her owner, current skill set is only a reflection of training over the last year so lots of room to continue on with this horse.
Sensitive to the seat and leg aids, Charlotte is a sophisticated ride for a confident rider.
No physical limitations, no maintenance. While green at jumping, she is also happy to pop around a jump course in the arena. She finds big open fields by herself intimidating so not recommended for the eventing crowd.
Charlotte is currently working five days a week and showing this summer - she's ready to go.
