Riley is a well-started horse with plenty of experience and would be best suited for a confident, experienced rider. He has a willing personality but can occasionally test boundaries, so he thrives with a rider and handler who can provide consistent leadership and clear expectations.

On the ground, Riley benefits from respectful handling and good horsemanship. Around children, he is generally calm and aware of his surroundings, though he appreciates having his personal space respected.

Riley is currently being ridden by my wife, and the two work very well together. He is a laid-back horse with a good mind and enjoys having a job to do. He would make a great partner for someone looking for a versatile horse and who appreciates his personality and experience.

Riley is being offered for sale through no fault of his own. Our goals have shifted, and we are now looking for a horse that is focused exclusively on barrel racing. We feel Riley would be happiest with someone whose goals and riding style are a better match for his strengths.
