. I started her this January at Josh Lyons Trainers 1 month certification program. She is one of those born broke types. Josh Lyons himself said she has a stop like Smart Chic a Lina and would make solid points in a reining career. She'd also make an awesome ranch horse, head roping horse, trail deluxe and or all around horse. Pros - Big but not too big she doesn't fit in regular size tack or trailers. - Absolutely NO buck, bolt, rear etc - Silky smooth trot and easy lope - W/T/C and gear work in between - Been to the beach, horse camping, parades, horse camps as a leadline horse - Had ropes swung off her and has drug logs - Been in with cows - Stands tied all day long - Rides out alone or in a group - Kids can ride her but not recommending as a kid horse simply because she is athletic and has buttons -60 days professional training and being consistently rode since January. - Trailers well - Comes to the mounting block -Stands for vet and Farrier - She was a neighbors horse so we have almost all of her history - She is Josh Lyons approved! 😅 Only con is she can be a bully in the herd. She seems happiest by herself. The reason the owners are selling is because she gets Sweet Itch bad in our area (Myrtle Point OR) and they are not able to treat it daily. If treated daily with coconut oil or MTG or flys masks and sheets she is fine, but probably would be better off more inland. It did go away when we were in AZ for a month. Almost all the proceeds from her sale will be donated to Lillies of the Field Equine Rescue per pledge of her current owner.
