Faith (Sparkin Up A Shine) is an AQHA registered Palomino maiden mare with impeccable championship blood lines. She is 16 years old 15.2 hands with more go than whoa. Her lineage includes ‘Shining Spark’, 1993 Jr. Reining World Champion, Hall of Fame Member of the NRHA and HRCHA, whose offspring have earned over $10.7 million across many disciplines; ‘Zan Parr Barr’, a AQHA Hall of Fame member with 3 world championships whose offspring have earned nearly 25,000 AQHA points and numerous world championships; ‘Two Eyed Jack’, all-time leading sire of AQHA champions whose genetics are highly sought after to this day. On May 29th she had a complete physical which included exam, teeth floated, vaccines, a clean set of radiographs on her feet and legs. She is sound with no issues other than thin soles with would may require boots or pads if taken out to rocky areas. She considerable reining training between 2012-2018: 90 days of training at Ann Mc Gregors stables; 60 days training with Randi McCallum stables. She was also sent to a feed lot with a trainer to sort cattle, open and close gates, etc. She has been to 5 bombproof clinics and attended classes by Matt Zimmerman, Henry Nobel, Leo Van Sistine and Steve Rother to name a few. Traffic, ATVs, tractors, dogs, sheep, chickens and general commotion are all apart of her everyday life. She has never bucked or reared. Due to my age we have done mostly trail riding for the last 7 years. She lopes circles, changes leads, neck reins and has a fabulous stop by sitting your seat and saying whoa. She has excellent ground manners, comes to a whistle, very easy to catch, stands tied, loads and backs out of a trailer on command and hauls easily. She stands perfectly for the farrier, baths, and the veterinarian. On the trail, she can be a leader or follow in the back and goes easily over water hazards and steep inclines. Faith needs to be ridden by an experienced rider which would include a rider in 4 H . She is gorgeous and would make a great horse for someone competing for the Queens Court in Junior Rodeo. She is soft and responsive and requires soft hands from her rider. In order to regain her lost skills she will need a tune-up, I’m looking for a forever home for this special mare who could easily be bred. This is not a decision I take lightly and I want to make sure she goes to the right family that will take good care of her. I'm not looking for a quick sale but for the best situation for her. Only serious buyers need to respond and people that recognize her pedigree.
