Finding the right home for Marshall is our highest priority. Marshall is a 2013, 16-hand gelding with a kind heart and an even kinder personality. He has been part of our family for a little over two years and has been an incredible horse for our daughter. He taught her to confidently walk, trot, and canter, always taking wonderful care of her. Marshall was evaluated and diagnosed with kissing spine. After consulting with our veterinarian, we made the difficult decision to retire him from regular riding so he can enjoy a comfortable, lower-impact lifestyle. Marshall would be happiest in a home where he can be a pasture companion with the opportunity for occasional light walking. He has a gentle, affectionate temperament, enjoys attention, and is respectful on the ground. He stands quietly for grooming, the farrier, and veterinary care, and gets along well with other horses. We believe Marshall still has so much to offer the right person. Whether he's keeping another horse company or enjoying leisurely walks around the property, he deserves a loving home where he can continue to be part of a family. Marshall's ideal home: Pasture companion for another horse Occasional light walking only Quiet, loving environment Experienced owner committed to his long-term well-being Additional Information: 16 hands Gelding Foaled in 2013 Up-to-date on vaccinations, dental, and farrier care Veterinary records available Currently located in Fallbrook, California Marshall is being offered free to an approved home. We're happy to answer questions, share additional photos and videos, and discuss whether he might be the right fit.
