This mare just turned 6 years old. She has a good demeanor about her and does what is asked of her. Point her and she'll go, not buddy sour like some of my others. She is in that phase between "green broke" and "dead broke". I have worked very hard on desensitizing her and she has come a very long ways. Like any horse though, she can still get spooked if something jumps out on the trail... No bucking, just the typical, "You sure we can't go the other way..?" Just rode her for a week at CCTR and she did great (her first trip there). Crossed the rivers, climbed the hills, went through the mud, passed the wagons with bells... No issues - this is a solid mare.
