Maple is a classic red mare — she’s got opinions, but she’s also very happy to please. Treat her fair, ride her right, and she’ll do anything for you. She’s the mare everyone in the barn secretly wants to steal.
What She Does:
✅ Broke western + trail queen: Point her at the woods and she’s happy
✅ English training: Coming along beautifully — soft, willing, learning to love her job
✅ Jumping: Starting over poles/x-rails soon. Brave + honest
✅ Brain: Sensible, kind, lives for scratches and pampering
Who She’s For:
Perfect for an intermediate teen/adult wanting to learn + grow without the full cost of ownership. She’s safe enough for confidence-building, but talented enough to keep you progressing. She’s not a kick-ride, but she’s not hot. Think “honest motor with a good whoa.”
The Details:
Location: On-site only at Two Feet Four Hooves, Belmont, NH
Facility: Spacious indoor + outdoor arenas, heated viewing area, restroom, hot/cold wash stall, heated/AC tack rooms
Days: 2-3 rides per week, 1 must be a lesson with me
Cost: $475/month + farrier
Includes: Use of tack, on-site trainer support, and a warm, welcoming barn community
