Dozer offers a unique opportunity for the selective breeder to invest in a long-term stallion prospect to grow their draft or draft cross program. This 100% European Brabant colt is sired by a blue roan imported stud and out of one of our favorite imported mares. We've already retained his full sister for our own broodmare band and sent a full brother out to Idaho for a breeding career. This pairing produces moderate sized drafts with power, substance and eye appeal.
Aside from being a beautifully made horse, Dozer offers the rare solid black coat. He is going to be a stunning example of the breed and provide the chance to breed mares on the farm or ship semen to those looking to breed their own Brabant heritage horses. All of his offspring will qualify for registry with the European Brabant Registry of America, where Dozer will be registered as a purebred European Brabant.
Dozer will be ready to travel after weaning this fall. He will go through our baby boot camp to learn his basic groundwork skills before he leaves.
