Chili is the sweetest kid friendly pony. She is broke to ride and has been ridden regularly in the time that we have owned her. My girls have taken many lessons on her and have also gone on trail rides. She does well on the trails, does all of the obstacles at Riverside and even goes through water (although we haven’t gotten very adventurous with this). We are selling because my kids have outgrown her and we board our horses, but if I had my own property I would just keep her as a pasture pet because she is such a sweet girl. She is calm, friendly and forgiving around kids. She is easy to catch - comes up to the gate and my kids can halter her themselves. She stands tied patiently and is used to little hands brushing her and combing her mane and tail. She’s never bucked - if anything, she will just stop when she decides that she’s done for the day and sometimes little legs may have a hard time getting her going again, but does well with a light tap with a crop.
She is up to date on teeth and vaccinations. I have many videos of kids riding her in different environments including indoor arena and on trails.
