Banker is a handsome, dark bay 7-year-old Thoroughbred gelding standing approximately 16.1hh. After enjoying several months of downtime following his racing career, he has been lightly restarted under saddle and is ready to begin his next chapter.

With 49 career starts, Banker has all the experience that comes with a seasoned racehorse and is eligible for the Retired Racehorse Project (RRP). He is naturally forward-thinking while remaining quiet, sensible, and uncomplicated, making him an excellent prospect for a junior, amateur, or professional looking for a quality horse to bring along.

Banker has a kind, willing disposition and is proving to be very straightforward to work with. He is not spooky, enjoys having a job, and has a lovely attitude both under saddle and on the ground.

A balanced, athletic mover, Banker has the talent and versatility to excel in the hunter/jumper ring, eventing, or dressage. He has a solid foundation and has already been introduced to logs and ditches, where he has shown bravery, curiosity, and a natural aptitude for cross-country work.

In the barn, Banker is a true gentleman. He stands quietly for clipping, bathing, the farrier, and cross-ties, and loads and trailers well. His easy-going personality makes him a pleasure to have around every day.
