Tipsy is a 7-year-old grade red roan mare standing 14.3 hands tall. She is 5-panel negative, barefoot, requires no maintenance, and is current on teeth, vaccinations, and farrier care.
This sweet mare has been an incredible partner for my daughter over the past couple years. In her very first 4-H show season, Tipsy qualified for State in 4H, and in 2025 she continued to prove what a special horse she is, earning:
Intermediate Western Dressage Champion (4-H)
WSSH Youth 8–13 All-Around Champion
ASHA Youth 8–13 National Trail Champion
Tipsy has a kind, willing disposition and a dependable personality. Her foundation includes:
Haunch turns
Forehand turns

Simple and interrupted lead changes

Flying lead changes started and ready to finish
Tipsy is naturally more “whoa” than “go” and does best with a rider who is comfortable encouraging her forward. Because of this, she is best suited for an intermediate rider or above.
Tipsy enjoys arena trail work and obstacle-style challenges. She is confident, dependable, and truly shines in the arena. She has some trail experience and would benefit from additional trail miles to continue building confidence.
She is also easy to handle on the ground:

This is not a sale I am rushing into. Tipsy has given our family so much, and she deserves a home where she will continue to be loved, appreciated, and ridden consistently. The only reason she is available is because I cannot give her the time she deserves.
