Danny is a calm, kind-hearted 19-year-old Haflinger gelding with a gentle, dependable personality. He is beginner-safe, kid-safe, and the definition of "more whoa than go," making him an excellent confidence-builder for riders of all experience levels.
Danny is incredibly comfortable to ride bareback—in fact, it's my favorite way to ride him. He has a steady temperament, and very little seems to bother him.
He is current on all vaccinations, receives annual dental floats and sheath cleanings, and has his feet trimmed every 10–11 weeks. Danny has been well cared for and maintained on a regular schedule.
Danny is currently eating timothy hay pellets, as alfalfa is too rich for him. During the summer months, he also needs a fly mask, fly boots, and daily fly spray—the flies seem to love him!
Danny would make a wonderful lesson horse, trail partner, or family horse. If you're looking for a safe, trustworthy gelding with a sweet disposition and an easygoing nature, Danny is ready to be someone's perfect match.
