☘️ Lady — beauty, breeding and the sweetest temperament ☘️
Born in Ireland in 2024, Lady is a stunning young Irish Draught with a wonderful pedigree.
Her beautiful purebred Irish Draught dam, Cushkillary Chrissie, is by the one and only Crosstown Dancer. Her sire, Dernahatten Vision, is well known for passing on his fabulous temperament and athleticism.
Lady is always the first to come over for a cuddle. She adores her humans and would happily spend all day being your oversized pet Labrador!
At just two years old, her education is naturally only beginning, but she has already shown a lovely willingness to learn. She loads and travels beautifully, is happy to be haltered and led, and has been introduced to free schooling, light lunging and coloured poles. She is also happy to spend time learning independently while her friends remain in the field.
What Lady may lack in experience, she more than makes up for in beauty, temperament and trainability. She deserves a home where she will be loved, produced sympathetically and given plenty of time to mature. Irish Draughts need time to develop physically, and we would love to see her foundations built slowly and thoughtfully.
With time and the right education, we feel Lady has all the makings of a fabulous allrounder, whether her future lies in hacking, hunting, riding club activities or jumping.
She loves a pamper session and is always keen to come in for a groom and some attention. In the field, she is a kind, gentle companion to her friends.
With her breeding and lovely nature, Lady could also be a valuable addition to an Irish Draught breeding programme.
