Teia can be registered with the IALHA, the paperwork is all ready and her current owner/breeder owned both her sire and damn. Teia was just recently started. Her owner opted to wait until Teia’s joints were fully closed and she was done growing before having her started under saddle. She is an extremely sensitive and responsive horse—she’s made to be a dancer. This horse has a ton of potential for being competitive at WE and dressage. She is a horseman’s horse—she would not be appropriate for a weekend warrior or casual pleasure rider. She is extremely susceptible to suggestion of movement. She is light, it’s easy to get to her feet, she rides off your skeleton. She’s been started bitless in a bosal to give her a roped foundation before we start working off a bit. Most of her ridden work has been at a walk, but she is comfortable in her trot and picks up both leads of her canter too. She has nice manners, leads, ties, loads, hauls, is good for the farrier. She loves attention and connection. She wants to tuck right under lt beside her person. She’s loyal and devoted. She’s not spooky—she’s already been exposed to a ton of stimulus and she takes it in stride and without overreacting. Both of her parents were imported—she would make a great addition to a serious breeding program.
