This is a hard one to post because Nora has truly been the lifeblood of my lesson program for the last couple of years.

Nora is a 16.3hh Trakehner mare with a pretty extensive background. In her younger years she was a jumper, and more recently she has been worth her weight in gold in my lesson program. She’s packed beginner adults, kids, done plenty of lead line, participated in some 4-H activities, and has been an absolute gem out on the trails.

She is the kind of mare that has a whole lot of knowledge and experience under her belt. She can still have a little mare sass and some spunk, so I’d love to see her with a confident rider who can appreciate her personality, but she has safely carried beginners for me time and time again.

Nora absolutely LOVES having a job and thrives with consistent work. She’s far too cute and has way too many good miles left in her to spend her days sitting in my pasture.

The **only reason she is available** is because I’m transitioning away from maintaining personal lesson horses as the majority of my clients now have horses of their own. If circumstances were different, she would happily stay right here.

She does have some age-related arthritis that is reflected in her price, and I’m happy to be completely transparent with serious buyers.
