Here is an incredible opportunity for Fell pony enthusiasts. Trudy has incredible temperament, very quiet and sensible. She gets along very well with other horses and people. She is not reactive and shows a lot of trust. Trudy has been through a few weeks of structured learning where she was introduced to long reining and hand walking on trails. She shows a lot of cooperation and very little confusion.
Gertrude has raised 2 nice colts. Her last colt (2022) has trained well to harness, driving as a pair and already showing in less than a year of training.
She is FIS clear and has a 10G COI of 3.7%.
Residing at Fiddlehead Farm and training facility, Gertrude is offered with any one or combination of the following scenarios:
1. As is and open.
2. Bred now to our Fell stallion, Fiddlehead Ayo-aha for a 2027 foal.
3. Remain at Fiddlehead through the winter to be bred early 2027.
4. Continue training to saddle and trail experience. (in foal or open)
