Very cute personable gelding looking for his next adventure! Buddy is an 11 year old 14.2 grade gelding with a huge personality! He prefers a lighter rider who wants to have fun and who doesn’t mind the occasional sass. He has been working in my lesson program for the last 2 years and before that was part of a trail/beach riding program. He can do the lesson horse job (advanced beginner and up)! Generally a bit lazy. He does best when he’s in consistent work. He can be a bit sassy if he doesn’t work for a few days especially in colder weather (he does have a good buck) but it can be worked out first by lunging. He is great off property at shows, likes to jump (2’3” is the max we jump him) He has lived beside friends here as he likes to play and I would guess if he’s turned out with others he would be quite playful! He does have some occasional body stiffness that is managed with joint support and magnawave sessions. He’s an easy keeper, does wear front shoes, up to date on all vaccinations but is due this fall for his teeth. Looking for a quick and easy sale so the price is negotiable to the right situation. Asking 5k. Only selling as he is in between sizes that we need for our program - the jumping teens have outgrown him and I just don’t have the right riders for him to earn his keep currently.
