An Equine Soul Mate loved by scads of lesson kids, solely trained by his Heart Human, the violist, who has left home indefinitely. Hidalgo performed for the Idaho Horse Expo 2 years in a row, has attended every parade locally with guest riders, normally carrying 2 at a time. Hidalgo is hyper-careful & clean in the jumping & not a rusher on any level. He has taught very successful athletes the art of safe jumping. He knows his leg cues & will side pass over to as mounting block. Flying lead changes are pretty much there. Hidalgo canters w/ 2 riders on his back & lays down by you tapping on his shoulder. He can have the slowest canter in the world or a stretched out fast run. Hidalgo is really part human and he deserves to find his own soul mate again and participate in 1 or more disciplines that he loves. He is just too good of a horse to constantly be entertaining instead of performing at high quality competition and/or engaging in Trail rides. Hidalgo is used to climbing big hills, & embraces topography. He deserves better individual attention than he is getting here, in our bug infested area. He does tend to be a more dominant horse in a herd of 9 bigger horses, so don't let his size fool you. We've owned him since 7 months old.
