About “Ori”:
* 4 years old (yes, he’s green)
* Grade Andalusian Quarter Horse gelding originally bred in Texas for ranch work
* Has been ridden by a 15 year old who takes both weekly dressage lessons with an FEI gold medalist and weekly hunter/jumper flat lessons, giving him about 6 months of regular training with us.
* 15.1-15.2 hh now- he will probably finish out a bit taller
* Sweet, curious, affectionate personality
* Cute mover with 3 lovely gaits
* Awesome feet, currently barefoot
* Trailering is a breeze - I can load him alone and he stands tied patiently
* Great with kids and other animals- my 9 year old can catch him and lead him with ease
* Gentle and easy to handle on the ground
* Fine in a mixed herd, lower in the hierarchy
* Lives at my adult ammy farm home with no drama
* Has a cute jump- only observed over low jumps due to his age, but it’s definitely in there
* Prior to coming us, he also had some basic Western training
* He is beginning to take contact and learn to become more balanced
* Has been taken to a variety of local farms and show grounds for schooling and showing and is the same horse off property as at home. At our Spring 4H show, he won blue in his very first class!
* Up to date on all dental, farrier, and vetting
* Still green, but full of potential!
