Heza Proud Man, aka Boone, is an absolute tank! He is very well built and has a wonderful disposition with a sweet demeanor. He is good on the trails, alone or with a group, but excels as a gaming horse. He consistently places 1 or 2D in smaller events such as high school rodeo but has also brought home $$$ in larger sanctioned events. i bought him two years ago for my high school rodeo team and he has been the greatest well minded and safe barrel horse ever! We have traveled all over washington and the northwest competing and he is great on the road and an easy keeper that adapts well to each new environment. i have also brought him around cows, tractors, tarps, other horses, and any and all animals. He is great around kids and has a calm demeanor but can get hot headed going into a race or in the warm up arena so i think he would do best with an intermediate to advanced rider that can further his barrel racing career and challenge him. I am only selling him because i am going to college in the fall and i know he is too good of a horse to keep in a pasture.
