Sunny D is out of notable horses such as Sawyer Wood, Sun Frost, Orphan Drift, Driftwood Ike, Leo, Perkin Chief, Dash for Perks, Dash for Cash, Doc Bar and Peppy San.

Sunny D is a golden palomino with a long, gorgeous white mane and tail. He was raised & trained using a combination of John Lyons, Clinton Anderson & Dan James methods. Sunny D is groomed & handled daily.

Sunny D is just learning the barrel pattern. He has not had his legs run off of him. He has been taken slowly and taught how to be a good horse. Sunny D has been hauled to many large and small arenas across Ohio. He has been hauled to state riding trails. He ties out all day.

Sunny D has been ridden extensively in the arena, on the trail and on the road. Traffic does not bother him at all. We live close to a highway, so he is also used to semis and lots of road traffic. Sunny D is accustomed to tractors, gators, 4-wheelers, other animals and children. He ponies other horses, and can be ponied himself. He has been a great horse for teaching younger horses how to behave. He handles easily on the ground, ties and bathes easily, loads easily, stands calmly for the farrier, and has good, strong hooves. He has been regularly dewormed and vaccinated. He just had his teeth floated.
