10yo 15.1hh Mare Paint/Friesian Cross Sound Barefoot- Solid feet UTD on shots, Coggins, dental (done in April) feet, and deworming She’s just the right amount of go! She is more on the forward side at times, but can also get lazy in the summer! Very easy for small jumps, but can be forward over bigger fences and courses! She will take any distance and is very brave! Hope thrives being worked 4 days a week! 🩷She stands single tied or cross tied for bathing, clipping & tacking 🩷 Great for farrier & vet 🩷 Easy to syringe 🩷 Loads & hauls like an angel 🩷 Exposed to dogs, cats, traffic, kids, bikes & leads off the side by side Hope is wonderful to take off property! She WTC, jumps, trail rides and has even played around with barrels and her owner has roped dummies off of her. She has shown in hunters and jumpers, but thrives in the jumper ring. She is brave, honest and will take any stride. She has done some paper chases as well and is always game! She knows some very basic dressage and has a beautiful frame. She would really excel in eventing! She has been used in lessons for intermediate riders. She round pens exceptionally well and has been lunged with side reins several times. She has 3 extremely smooth gaits with a ground covering canter. She is super fun to ride bareback as well! On the trail she will lead, follow or hang in the middle of the group, but she’s happiest towards the front. She will go over bridges, logs and through water. I’ve also ponied some horses off of her when in a pinch and she handled it like a champ. Tolerates other horses very well in the arena and on the trail. Hope has been ridden in parades & has gone cross country schooling as well. She was also ridden for Christmas Caroling in the dark through a development & was great! Hope has been turned out with mares or geldings but can be too interested in geldings when she’s in heat, so I’d recommend mares only at least for spring and summer. She’s low on the totem pole and gets along with pretty much any horse! Shes extremely easy to catch and normally is first to greet you at the gate! Very personable! She has lived out 24/7, but is now stalled during the day. She is quiet & content in a stall & is on free choice hay & 1lb of grain 2x/day. SOLID big feet & barefoot! Cons: needs treatment for allergies & can be quirky in the winter. Thrives in a 4 day program! Hope is currently leased on farm until the end of August, but is available now to be tried to guarantee the right home! Her fitted saddle is available for purchase as well! https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1Da7uXuQcx/?mibextid=wwXIfr
