Buffy is gorgeous, great minded, and bred in the purple!

Raising babies that turn out like this is one of the pure joys of breeding. I kept her to replace her mother in the breeding program, but I am told I need to cut back, so she is on offer. If others sell first she stays! 🤞

Buffy is small and stocky, quick and elegant. Really good bone, and good tough feet. Pasture-raised on rough country in a herd environment, she’s equally at home in a herd in the open, in a paddock, or in a stall in the barn.

Currently Buffy is just getting started under saddle, ground work and saddling going easy peasy. At liberty she digs her butt into the ground on her stops and rollbacks. She definitely has the natural talent! Still plenty of time for a competitive career, and then to raise top drawer babies!

Interestingly (at least to me) the next generation back on her pedigree goes back to Doc Bar three times, both top and bottom.)
