Beginner safe gelding that anyone would enjoy. Ajax is an absolute lovebug with a heart of gold and barbie dreamhorse coloring. Ajax is up to date and sound with no known injuries or maintenance. He gets along well in a mixed herd and doesn’t crib, bite, kick, or weave.
Undersaddle, Ajax has a “born broke” temperament. He rides both english and western. He stands like a rock to be mounted. Ajax’s mom was a gaited morgan so he does walk, trot, gait, and canter. He is soft in the bridle with a nice headset. Ajax neck reins, backs, and side passes. He is started over fences and is proving to love it.
Ajax has a ton of trail miles and desensitization training. He will ride out alone or in a group. He doesn’t mind traffic and crosses water with ease. He opens/closes gates and can even take you to get the mail in the morning. He has been on moonlight rides and overnight camping trips. He has been exposed to tarps, flags, balls, and loud noises and is unaffected by it all.
Ajax is a pleasure to be around in the barn. He loves to be groomed and will walk right up to you to catch him. He stands tied quietly, clips, bathes, and is good for the vet/farrier. He loads and hauls well.
No buck, rear, bolt, or spook. This guy is the perfect family horse and is ready to hit the trails today.
