Pistol is a horse that is safe, sane, and ready to fit into anyone’s program. He might be young, but GENTLE is his middle name. He stands 15 hands, is solid made, and pretty as well. Pistol comes across the pasture to be caught and is always in your pocket wondering what you’re doing. He has great ground manners and is easy to handle in every way. He has ridden circles on the ranch, drug calves to the fire, and done overnight pack trips into the mountains. He is a solid, experienced, point and go sort of horse. He is fun to ride every day, no matter if you’re a novice rider or experienced; he will work to your level. Pistol has plenty of arena experience as well. He lopes nice circles, stops hard, and turns around well. Pistol will side pass to a fence, rock, or anything else for you to get on. He works gates, is responsive to your feet and rides up in the bridle nicely. If you need a horse that’s safe, solid and will last you many years; Pistol fits the bill.
