If you are looking for a "large puppy dog" in a horse's body, Pista is your girl. Standing just shy of 17 hh, this gorgeous 6-year-old Thoroughbred mare is incredibly affectionate, friendly, and will happily follow you anywhere.
​Where She Is At:
Pista has spent some time undergoing a patient, thorough rehab and has been fully cleared by vets to return to work. She has an excellent foundation of ground prep, including extensive ground driving, and is a fairly brave girl overall. Under saddle, she is not naughty or reactive—just hesitant. She simply needs a quiet, patient, and confident rider to hold her hand, build her trust, and help her find her feet under saddle.
​Ideal Match & Career:
With her lovely movement and sweet disposition, Pista would make a wonderful entry-level dressage prospect, low-key trail partner, or a cherished personal pleasure horse. Due to her past injuries, she is not suited for high-impact careers like jumping or barrel racing.
​She is looking for a soft, loving home where she can continue her journey at her own pace. Her current family is moving and wants nothing more than to see her land in a forever home that appreciates her golden heart.
