If you’re looking for the perfect Fox Trotter, here he is!! Kegger is a beautiful registered 8-year-old, 15”1” Missouri Fox Trotter gelding that is one of the nicest horses I’ve ever ridden. He has an awesome temperament and his gaits are absolutely wonderful. Sound, sane,and honest, he is the first one to meet you at the gate and is always easy to catch; stands still while you mount; lopes off on cue in both leads, just a really nice horse to be around and he is a dream to ride. Very well trained, he gaits perfectly; works off your seat and leg; work a gate; side pass; rides one-handed and neck reins straight across the neck. His flat walk, fox trot and lope is fantastic. Kegger has extensive experience on the trail and also has been used as a Drill Team horse for rodeo performances. He is currently in training for Ranch Horse competition. He’s been ridden on dogs and exposed to gunfire and will go to his first field trial in October. UTD on all worming, vaccinations, and dental work; good with the farrier; currently shod all the way around but does well barefoot also; he loads on the trailer easily and hauls well; clips, etc. He's good in a stall or pastures well with all horses and is towards the bottom of the pecking order. No buck, no bolt, no bad habits and is suitable for a confident intermediate to advanced riders. You won’t find a nicer horse out there!
