Reba is a seasoned ranch Mustang with 7 years of real-world ranch experience. She’s been used for gathering and doctoring cattle, branding, ranch rodeos, rough country, trail riding, parades, clinics, starting colts and more.
IMPORTANT: Reba is NOT a beginner, kids, or gaming horse. She is a hot, opinionated mare with a big motor who needs an experienced, fair rider. When she trusts you, she will work all day and give you everything she has.
She is:
• Extremely sure-footed
• Easy to catch, trim and shoe
• Trailer broke
• Good with cattle, dogs and other livestock
• A lead mare with good herd manners
• Will stand tied
• Experienced in rough, steep country
• Consistent and experienced under saddle
• Same horse no matter if she’s had 2 days off or 10 months.
• No buck, rear, bolt, kick or anything else.
CURRENTLY: Reba has had approximately 10 months off following a digital flexor tendon injury and has been cleared for trail riding. Her injury history will be fully disclosed, and a PPE is welcome at the buyer’s expense.

The video is Reba’s FIRST actual ride in approximately 10 months. She is completely fresh in this video and has not been ridden down beforehand. What you’re seeing is a genuinely fresh Reba coming back after a long layoff, not a horse that has already been worked down for the camera. Last few clips of the video show some highlights over the years what I’ve done with her.
If you’re looking for an awesome trail horse that will go anywhere and tackle just about anything you point her at, Reba is that horse. She has spent years crossing steep, rocky, rough country and is extremely sure-footed and confident outside. She’s the kind of horse you can take out and trust to handle the terrain and the adventure.
Reba has been my go-to ranch horse for the last 7 years. I’ve trusted her with cattle, rough country, colts, clinics, parades and even my own child. She has nothing left to prove as a ranch horse.
I’m looking for an experienced home where she can be ridden regularly and enjoyed as a trail, pleasure or hobby horse without being expected to continue doing 30+ mile days of hard ranch work.
She’s a real ranch Mustang with a lot of experience, a lot of try and a personality to match. She’s not for everyone, but for the right rider, she’s a special mare.
