She is a talented mare with a solid Reined Cow Horse foundation. She has a fancy broke handle, moves off your seat and leg, big stop, spins, does well with time off and comes back ready to work. Neck reins, collects, spins, side passes and has flying lead changes. Colonel Freckles bred, and natural cow sense. Lynx has years of reined cow horse training, she showed at the Snaffle bit Futurity as a youngster and since then-- she has been ranched, roped on, started colts, used as an advanced lesson horse, and trail ridden. Lynx is your typical cow horse-- big motor, all business, catty, plenty of go with work ethic. She could easily excel towards the performance direction of ranch versatility riding, western dressage, trail trials, sorting, heeling, or breakaway. She can get quick when you ask for it, but can come right back down and go around at a slower place. Lynx is a dependable partner wherever you take her, and her smooth ground-covering walk makes long rides effortless, there is nothing she hasn't seen and her real life experience makes her a dependable horse, no matter the trail obstacle-- no buck, bolt or bite.
