Blaire (JC: Nice Kaz Bank) is an unraced 6 yr ottb. She has been on our farm since late 2023. She is sound with no vices. She does have a roar- it was scoped during her initial PPE; she has a partially paralyzed cord on one side. It has not affected her performance, however, I do believe this mare has the talent and scope for the upper levels and would love to place her in a home that would consider doing a tie back surgery. She is priced accordingly.

Blaire has been predominantly ridden by my working student for the last couple years. She has jumped 2’9 courses at home, shown 2’3 at jumper shows, and schooled a mix of Elementary and Beginner Novice XC questions. She is a very cat like, scopey jumper. Very light footed with great knees and an adjustable stride. She absolutely has the talent and ability to do the TB/Jr/Am Jumpers - 1.10+, or upper level eventing. She is careful enough to keep a rider safe during technical questions. She is a forward ride to jump- not recommended for beginners or timid riders. She prefers someone with a light steady leg/hand. She can be a bit mareish with someone who clamps down on her or is very tense.

My working student just left for the Air Force and she is currently being ridden in a mix of lessons with different riders. We are in the process of retraining her to jump in a relaxed manner with lots of trot jumps. She is taking to it well and is ready to be finished by her own person. We would love to see her stay in the barn, she would be available for an in house lease, with work options available to help with the costs.
