5 year old Mustang gelding. Broke to ride and safe, dependable trail horse. Has been ridden outside the arena, attended playdays doing things like pole bending, barrels and even leadline for the little ones. Has experience with ranch/trail-style obstacles, has been lightly started over fences, and happily crosses water. Can open gates off his back. Easily goes through all three gaits in the arena and is easy to handle on the ground. Current on Coggins, vaccinations, dental and routinely has his feet done. A young horse with a good foundation and plenty of room to continue in the direction of trail, ranch riding, playdays or even be a cross county pony or go into the hunter ring.
I only recommend an intermediate level rider because he is young. I fully believe a somewhat experienced child could handle him easily.
