Mischief earned her name as she has been up in everyone's business from the moment she hit the ground. She started life trying to crawl into my lap to see what trouble she could get up to and that has stayed with her. Her registered name is Welsh for "Magic Mischief." Mischief is the first one to investigate new things and nothing fazes her. She has been known to try to play chicken with the tractor and it has been a trial to get good movement photos of her because as soon as she sees me coming, she is in my space checking pockets and asking what we are up to next. She laughs at me when I try to shoo her away to get photos and stays right where she is. Mischief's sire is a champion driving pony many times over with offspring following in his footsteps. Her dam, Faery, is where Mischief gets her calm demeanor as Faery is happiest being a riding pony for children. Mischief is the best of both parents as her calm, cheerful disposition is paired with the strength and atheticism to be a great driving or riding pony. She also inherited her dam's big-boned cob conformation and will have a barrel that will take up a lot more leg than expected of her likely 13.1hh height.
