Hope is a beautiful blue roan rocky/ky mountain mare she stands 15 hands
6 years old, solid built with good feet and good bone… She is here on consignment with me …She is blind in right eye (happened @18mon ago- not genetic- doesn’t bother her)and price reflects that condition…She has a wonderful natural gait and is very gentle. She is forward by nature but has a good soft mouth and good whoa…the owner says she does get anxious in big groups…. I will continue to ride her until sold, she has buttons that I’m tuning up … she side passes, pivots, backs, yields to leg pressure! She also steps over to mounting block!
No buck, rear, kick or bite!
She is a sweet gal!
All current on vaccinations, teeth etc.
Good for farrier. Has only had front shoes once. Owner usually rides her in boots. Very easy on ground. Ties, trailers, not spooky- dogs, farm equipment, cars.
Rides out alone on farm NO PROBLEM.
We are asking 3,500 which is a deal if you’ve shopped Rocky’s recently!! I have already had interest in her with my sneak peak post! If they pass on her it’s first come first serve…
