Buzz is a grade golden palomino gelding. He is broke to ride, safe, and trail savvy. He has three steady gates and a nice whoa. He is one hand broke, (ie. neck reins), backs, and side passes. He disengages, steps over, and will stop big when asked.
Buzz mostly likes slow, easy trail rides. He is safe for any level rider but will choose where he wants to go if the rider is too passive. His previous owner states he has done over night camping, worked cows, gone on pig hunts, is good in heavy traffic, rides through any kind of country and carries a flags. We have roped and dragged a dummy and he definitely knows the job!
He is great with other horses-both mares and geldings. Presently he is low on the pecking order.
Buzz stands quietly tied. He is good for the farrier and loads in a trailer like a champ.
He is shod now but could go barefoot when not on rocks.
