"Moose" is a truly beautiful young mustang who is ready to train your way! Friendly, brave and a fast learner, he was originally from the Pyramid Lake Reservation but currently lives in South Reno, NV, where he has mostly been living a life of luxury without much formal training. Stands close to 14 hh, give or take a touch. Will try to get a stick on him for a more accurate measurement soon.

Moose looks like a Quarter Horse with a touch of Spanish blood, and he has shown a natural interest in moving cows. Would make a great little cowhorse prospect, or take him down the trails, as he has proven himself to be super confident around a variety of sights and sounds, traffic, etc. Has had a leg all over his back from a person on the fence and didn't mind in the least.

Moose, being that wonderfully confident kind of baby, will require a knowledgeable, experienced owner/trainer who can set boundaries with kind but firm clarity and consistency. He will be "pushy" if you let him, as will any young, bold horse, but it is not difficult to establish desirable behavior with him if you know what you're doing. At this point, he is a diamond in the rough, but wow...he's going to be a sparkler in the right hands!
